When can I get in to get tested?
Once you call us to schedule your testing appointment, we can typically get you into the lab the same day. It may depend on your location and what labs are available in your area. Call us for more details.
What STDs should I be tested for?
With the majority of people who have contracted an STD not showing any symptoms or only showing mild, sporadic symptoms it can be very difficult to narrow down which STDs to specifically test for. Many STDs have very similar symptoms which may make it hard to distinguish specific infections. In most cases we would recommend you get either a Complete Panel Test or Recent Contact Test, as these will provide the most thorough form of STD testing available. Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to help you decide your best testing options.
Do I need to get tested even if I don’t have any symptoms?
Yes. If you are a sexually active adult and even if you show no symptoms, you should be tested at least once every 6 to 12 months. Just because you are not experiencing any symptoms does not mean that you have not been exposed to an STD. Most people who contract an STD never show any symptoms, especially in the early stages, which can take weeks, months or in some cases even years to surface.
How accurate is the STD test?
We use the same exact tests that are used by doctors, hospitals and clinics. The only difference is that we can provide these services at a fraction of the price.
How soon will I get my results?
Depending on when you complete your lab testing, your results may be ready as soon as the following afternoon. Some specific tests may take up to 3 to 4 days before the results become available.

Can I receive a copy of my test results?
Yes, once we receive your test results from the lab we can provide the results to you over the phone, or if you prefer via fax, e-mail or regular mail.What if my test results come back positive?
If one of your test results comes back positive, we are here to make sure you receive the proper counseling and explain treatment options. Our doctors can provide you with a brief phone consultation and pharmacy prescription. Even if you did not test with us, our doctors are more than happy to talk to you about your options and possible medication for treatment. Just give us a call if you have any questions.
