CBC Tests - Complete Blood Count Test

Often referred to as CBC tests, The complete blood count test is a broad screening test that is used to check for a various number of diseases and infections. It is an excellent indication of overall health as it is rare that something can be going on in the body without it showing up in either the blood or urine.

Among other factors, it routinely includes testing the following:

• Red blood cell count
• White blood cell count
• Hemoglobin
• Hematocrit
• Platelet count
