At STDandHIVtesting.com, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Cancellations:

Your order can be cancelled any time prior to the testing documents being sent to the lab. If the paperwork has been sent to the lab there will be a 25% cancellations fee. To cancel your order, please call our counselors at 888-727-5602. Refunds and credits are evaluated and provided on a case by case basis.

Order Changes:

Your order can be changed (testing panel, location, and visit time) and payments adjusted any time prior to your testing documents being sent to the lab. To make changes to your order, please call our counselors at 888-727-5602.
